Home Drafting ServicesPlanning is essential to quality construction. We schedule plan drafting with a variety of independent draftsman to meet your schedule. We have negotiated favorable rates which we pass on to our customers. Costs for this service are rebated back to the material purchaser at a rate of 1% of materials toward the cost of plans. We retain the original plans in our files for your future use.

Blueprint Copying
Blueprints can be copied at a nominal cost. Four sets per job are done at no cost for Builder Bonus customers.

Job Site Visits
We are glad to stop at your job site and have our knowledgeable contractor sales people assist in millwork openings, technical information, takeoff needs, etc.

Special Orders
We welcome special orders. A large part of our business is in the form of special orders. Most millwork items only take a couple days to bring in. For standard millwork items or even hard to find specialty items our trained staff will ask you the necessary questions to assure correct product ordering. Many contractors come to us for special orders because of the technical expertise required to get them right and because we work closely with manufactures to stand behind our products.

Material Takeoffs & Estimating
We are happy to review your list and provide costs of materials. Material takeoffs from your plans are also available. The cost for a material list and associated prices is $50. If we are fortunate enough to be chosen to supply material for your new house or addition, then the cost of your takeoff will be credited back to you.

Boom Trucks
We have truck mounted lifts that can unload lumber, plywood, shingles, block, cement, etc., onto the job site. There is no additional fee for this service, however it will need to be scheduled in advance.

Early Morning Hours
Our store hours are from 7am - 5pm M-F, and 7am-Noon on Saturday. Our deliveries are often on the road by 6am to give the builder an early start.

Free Delivery
If we are able to deliver on our regular schedule there is no delivery fee in York & Cumberland Counties. (Island deliveries are available for a fee) We have many trucks of various sizes to efficiently handle your material.

No Hassle Returns
Contractors who need to get materials off the job need only give us a call. The material must be in re-saleable condition. We look up your purchase price to give you accurate credit. Simple, clean, quick.

We operate a full service contractor tool rental department in our Biddeford store. Items such as: insulation blowers, nailers for floors, walls and roofs, drills, diggers, tillers, saws, sanders, metal breaks, splitters, compressors, generators, heaters, cement and mortar, mixers, slate cutters, hand carts, jacks, column cutters, safety equipment, staging, and more...

Tool Repairs
We offer in house repair service for Bostich pneumatic tools. Turnaround can be quick depending on the problem. For other tools we use several authorized tool repair shops, depending on the tool and type of problem.

Blade Sharpening
We are a drop point for a reliable sharpening service. Turnaround is only a few days and prices are very reasonable.

Lock Keying
Rekeying service is available for builders who need all the doors on a job keyed alike, or matched to a special key.

Paint Matching Service
Both stores are equipped with state of the art paint color matching machines. We can match colors from any popular brand of paint in most finishes.

Credit
We offer in house business credit services. Construction project financing is available to qualified customers, please contact our credit manager. Revolving charge accounts are available in house(can be financed like a credit card).

Account Security
There are two ways we can provide additional security on your account. First, we can flag your account so a purchase order number is required before any charge is made. The second, type is where you give us a list of people who are authorized to charge on your account. Our clerks need to verify who is placing the order before any charge is made.

Job Accounting
Want to have a separate statement for a specific job? No problem, just give our bookkeeping office a call and they will establish a "sub account" for you. This can really save some valuable time when sorting the invoices and trying to bill your clients.

Fax-Back
If you ever need an invoice, estimate, or a pending order faxed to you just give us a call and it will be on its way.

Quick Invoice Lookup
